Community Farm
The Contribute Farm at Mazima Community Development Initiatives (Mazima CDI) is a community-driven agricultural project in Jinja, Uganda. It provides selected local groups with access to land and resources to cultivate crops, aiming to enhance food security, generate income, and promote self-sufficiency among vulnerable families. This initiative reflects Mazima CDI’s commitment to sustainable development and empowering communities through agriculture.
How Can this Project Save the Community
The Contribute Farm at Mazima CDI helps save the community by improving food security, reducing hunger, and providing families with nutritious produce. It enables vulnerable households to earn income through the sale of surplus crops, which supports basic needs like education and healthcare.
