Student Leadership Elections 2026: A Celebration of Democracy and Responsible Leadership

Mazima Vocational Training Institute successfully conducted its Student Leadership Elections on 31st March 2026, reaffirming its dedication to democratic principles, transparency, and student participation in governance.

The Electoral Commission managed the process efficiently, resulting in active student engagement, issue-based campaigns, and a strong voter turnout. These outcomes reflected widespread confidence in the integrity of the electoral system.

The exercise concluded with a dignified Swearing-In Ceremony on 17th April 2026, during which the newly elected student leaders formally assumed office. By taking the oath, they pledged to uphold integrity, accountability, and dedicated service to the student body. The ceremony highlighted the Institution’s ongoing mission to nurture responsible, ethical, and forward-thinking leaders.

The Institution extends sincere appreciation to all stakeholders who contributed to this success, including the Electoral Commission, management, staff, candidates, and the entire student body. Their collective effort, cooperation, and commitment ensured a credible and smooth electoral process.
