NEW AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL OFFICIALLY OPENS AT MAZIMA
March 2025, We are proud to announce the opening of our new agricultural school at Mazima, marking a major milestone in sustainable agricultural education and community development.
On March 3, 2025, the first cohort of students began their two-year educational journey at the newly established school. Designed to accommodate boarding and daytime students, the facility boasts a modern building with 80 beds, ensuring that students from across the country can access quality education, regardless of location.

The classroom environment has been thoughtfully designed to foster effective learning. Equipped with a state-of-the-art projector and screen, students can complement traditional instruction with high-quality instructional videos and presentations. Experienced and dedicated teachers lead the program, blending theoretical knowledge with hands-on practical skills crucial for modern agriculture.

Beyond serving as a school, the institution will act as a Knowledge Centre for local farmers and neighbouring schools. The aim is to promote ecologically responsible agriculture in the region. With widespread issues such as toxic pesticide overuse and soil depletion still affecting rural farming communities, this centre will offer critical training and resources to encourage sustainable farming practices.
Through this initiative, we hope to foster a new generation of agricultural leaders who will champion environmental stewardship, boost local food security, and build stronger, healthier communities across Uganda.
This is more than just an educational program, it’s a movement toward a greener, more sustainable future.

Stay tuned for more updates on the progress of our students and the positive changes we envision for the farming landscape in Uganda.
